# Query string builder

Edit a URL's query parameters as key and value rows to get the encoded URL, or paste a query string and get the rows back with duplicate keys kept.

Add a parameter row to build the URL.

Encoding is one strict RFC 3986 pass over UTF-8: spaces become %20, reserved characters become %XX, and a value you typed as a%20b stays honest by encoding the percent to %25. The builder never guesses whether a value is already encoded, and the parser never guesses either: a lone % or an escape that is not valid UTF-8 is an error naming the position, not silently mangled text. Everything runs in this tab; nothing is sent anywhere.
