Fill the credentials and press send. The access token comes from gcloud auth print-access-token or your own OAuth flow; it is short-lived by design and this page never stores it.

This page is a transport, not a dashboard: it tells you what Google answered per token and nothing about the device beyond that. It cannot show the notification, confirm display on a locked screen, or read delivery receipts; FCM publishes none to a browser. Wrong-scope or expired OAuth tokens fail with THIRDPARTYAUTHERROR, tokens from another project fail with SENDERID_MISMATCH, and UNREGISTERED means the token is dead and should be retired.
