IPA property list viewer

What this viewer reads, and what it does not
It reads property lists: XML and Apple binary form, an IPA's Payload/<app>.app/Info.plist, a mobileprovision's embedded plist, and PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy files. It does not decode the Mach-O binary, the code signature, entitlements baked into the signature, frameworks, or privacy-manifest semantics. Entitlements shown for profiles come from the profile's own Entitlements dict. The mobileprovision signature is not verified, only read around. Encrypted App Store downloads keep a readable Info.plist, so they still open.OptionsRead property list
