Your files stay on your device Survey response analyzer Load a survey CSV export and get answer distributions, rating means with top-2-box, multi-select counts, a cross-tab and open-text term counts, bases disclosed. Paste a survey export and press Analyse responses. Every figure uses an answered-only base, printed on its card: people who skipped a question are counted as missing, never as zero, and the skipped count sits next to the base. Detections are this tool's own heuristics, not a standard: whole numbers 0 to 10 become a rating, known Likert label sets keep their order, a column with a semicolon or pipe in at least 15 % of answers becomes multi-select, and text with at least 80 % distinct answers becomes open text. Multi-select percentages are of the respondents who answered and sum past 100 % by design. Top-2-box is the share of answers in the two highest points of the scale (9 and 10 on a 0 to 10 rating; the top two labels of a Likert set). Term counts use an English stop-word list, and words in any script are counted, but text written without spaces counts as runs rather than words. Exports prefix cells starting with =, +, - or @ so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas. Processed in this tab; nothing is uploaded, logged or stored.
