# Lead scoring calculator

Builds a transparent points model from fit and engagement rule lines, then scores a pasted or uploaded leads CSV and shows per-lead rule explanations, the score distribution and the MQL count above your threshold.

One lead per row with a header row; rule fields must name these columns. Caps: 2,000,000 characters, 20,000 rows, 100 columns. The first column labels each lead in the scores.

Write rules and paste leads; the scores update as you type.

This is a points model you designed, applied exactly as written. Nothing here is learned from your data and nothing predicts who will buy; the point is seeing a model's consequences before it goes into a CRM. A threshold is working when it marks a minority of leads as MQLs: if half your leads qualify, the bar is too low, and if almost none do, it is too high. The minimum fit gate exists because engagement alone can flatter the wrong leads. Scores are only comparable within the same rule set and the same as-of date. Processed in this tab; nothing is uploaded, logged or stored.
