# Vendor quotation comparator

Puts supplier quotes on one landed-cost basis with freight, duty and non-recoverable tax, and values payment terms at your cost of capital.

Name every vendor and give each a unit price to compare them.

Landed cost per unit is the unit price after discount and currency conversion, plus duty on the goods, plus freight spread over the whole order, plus tax on goods, duty, and freight combined. When tax is marked recoverable it stays in the table but out of the ranking; the findings tell you when that toggle alone decides the winner. Cash-adjusted cost credits each vendor with its payment days at your cost of capital, which is a financing estimate, not a discount. Freight, exchange rates, and duty rates are whatever you type in, so the ranking inherits their errors; gaps under about 2 percent are called noise for that reason. Quality, service, and warranty risk are not modeled here; the vendor evaluation scorecard covers the factors a quotation cannot.
