Your files stay on your device OEE calculator Enter planned time, downtime, ideal cycle time, piece counts and rejects for one shift to get availability, performance, quality, OEE, optional TEEP and a six big losses table. Enter the shift figures to get availability, performance, quality, and OEE. This is the ISO 22400-2 arithmetic for one shift. It refuses to print performance above 100 percent, because beating the nameplate cycle on average means the cycle time or the piece count is wrong, not that the line outran physics. TEEP is reported only when you enter the calendar time behind the shift. The losses table sizes the prize of each row as minutes of planned time, not as the whole gap to 100 percent, because no plant recovers all of it.
