Parse a .env file and get it back clean — every duplicate key, export prefix, quoting rule, and shell-hostile name named in a loss ledger instead of silently normalizing.

- Nothing is evaluated or interpolated — $VARS stay literal text; what a loader does with them is the loader’s business.
- No secret checking, no “looks like a key” scanning — but a real .env pasted anywhere is a secrets handoff. It stays in this tab’s memory until you leave: a browser tab cannot guarantee zeroization, so clear the tab when done.
- The duplicate-key note states the real split: dotenv keeps the FIRST value, docker compose env_file keeps the LAST.
